Cleanse your body and rejuvenate your soul with Menlha Brunneau’s celebrated raw food and juice cleanse! In addition to cleansing and learning all about living foods, Joy Burch and Shelley Trinchero will lead daily restorative classes, meditation and offer meditation instruction to facilitate in a deeper connection to source and clarity of purpose. There will also be daily dharma and nutrition talks throughout the week.

Cleansing is an “in” thing to do since more people share a truth about wanting the feeling of feeling good and feeling light in their bodies and minds. More people are choosing alive raw foods and making it a way of life. Books and courses and experiential retreats are very available to support the people who want this kind of experience and the change of lifestyle. Alive or raw food is not new but it has come back to us since we have discovered that cooked foods and processed foods are not what gives the human body health.

Retreat Includes:

* raw food introduction - we begin the cleanse with raw food and end the cleanse with raw food
* 5 day juice fast - chlorophyll drinks, noni juice, pipa juice (from coconut), vegetable protein drinks
* colonics - 2 a day (colon cleansing)
* daily meditation and yoga

* skin cleansing - clay baths

life-altering event. After completing the cleanse, I experienced more

from non-stop consumption and digestion allowed for a very deep healing and shift in my entire being. Menlha’s teaching, support and presence is absolutely magical. She is a true healer.

Hacienda del Sol is a peaceful oasis in the jungle of Costa Rica, approximately 45 minutes north of Nosara. Facilities include two large
meeting and dining areas as well as 12 cabinas suitable for 2-4 people each. The local beaches are also very close by.

How to get there
The airport at Liberia, Costa Rica is served by Delta, American, US Air and Continental. Delta has added a direct flight from Los Angeles to Liberia around the weekend.

The closest airport to San Juanillo - for domestic flights within Costa Rica - is Nosara. For your convenience, you can fly from San Jose to Nosara via a domestic commuter airline, and flights are approx. 45 minutes in duration.
