Based predominantly out of Nosara, Joy assists trainings, teaches, leads surf/yoga retreats and directs inward bound.
inward bound is an extension of her love for introducing people to new places, deepening their yoga and meditation practice, contemplating wellness and balance, and connecting like-minded individuals. Joy’s teaching style is a fun, creative vinyasa flow that draws from a variety of disciplines with a deep affinity for restorative poses. She is currently studying Anusara and Ashtanga Yoga along with Mer Ka Ba meditation.
