Yoga Infusion
A blend of various styles of yoga and techniques, including traditional Hatha, Anusara and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, designed to meet the needs of practiced yogis and beginners.
Yoga for Surfers and Athletes
A class designed to increase your strength and flexibility, paying special attention to the areas most affected by surfing and western sports with shoulder releases, hip openers and lower back stretches. The perfect, energizing complement to your sporting activity and ideal for all levels.
Morning Vinyasa Flow
Awaken in the afternoon with a revitalizing class that opens with active movement and finishes with restorative poses.
Morning Express Yoga
Get an early start to your day with our 1 hour and 15 minute Vinyasa Flow Class!
Kundalini Yoga
Combine meditation, mantra, physical exercises and breathing techniques in this style of yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Evening talk with Dan Millman
Dan Millman is a former world champion athlete, university coach, martial arts instructor, and college professor.
After an intensive, twenty-year spiritual quest, Dan’s teaching found its form as the Peaceful Warrior’s Way, expressed fully in his books and lectures.
Dan’s thirteen books, including Way of the Peaceful Warrior, have inspired and informed millions of readers in 29 languages worldwide. The feature film, “Peaceful Warrior,” was adapted from Dan’s first book, based upon incidents from his life.
Much of Dan’s time is devoted to writing and speaking. His keynotes, seminars, and workshops span the generations to influence men and women from all walks of life.
Dan and his wife Joy live in northern California. They have three grown daughters and two grandsons so far.

Evening talk with John Perkins
John Perkins is an expert on indigenous cultures and shamanism, a teacher and writer who used this expertise to promote ecology and sustainability.
Perkins worked also for the World Bank and the U.S. government. He left when he realized he was part of a system that was transforming the once respected American Republic into a feared empire. Since then, his mission and purpose of work and life is to show how to achieve personal and global peace and prosperity by expanding our consciousness and shape shifting our institutions.
John Perkins the author of the autobiographical best-selling book “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man” , as well as “The Secret History of the American Empire – Economic Hit Men, Jackals, and the Truth” and his latest publication “Hoodwinked: An Economic Hit Man Reveals Why the World Financial Markets Imploded–and What We Need to Do to Remake Them”
Previous books by John Perkins on the topic of Shamanism include “Shape shifting”; “The World Is As You Dream It”, “Psycho navigation”, “The Stress-Free Habit”, and “Spirit of the Shuar”.

Evening talk with Daniel Goleman, Ph.D.
Daniel Goleman is an internationally known psychologist who lectures frequently to professional groups, business audiences, and on college campuses. Working as a science journalist, Goleman reported on the brain and behavioral sciences for The New York Times for many years.
His 1995 book, Emotional Intelligence has been a best seller in many countries.
Goleman’s latest book is Ecological Intelligence: How Knowing the Hidden Impacts of What We Buy Can Change Everything. The book argues that new information technologies will create “radical transparency,” allowing us to know the environmental, health, and social consequences of what we buy.
Social Intelligence: the New Science of Human Relationships was published in 2006. Social intelligence, the interpersonal part of emotional intelligence, can now be understood in terms of recent findings from neuroscience. Goleman’s book describes the many implications of this new science, including for altruism, parenting, love, health, learning and leadership.
