Retreats
All of our retreats combine the Inward Bound core elements of yoga, food and awareness. The degree to which each of these elements is highlighted during the retreat week depends on the nature, or focus, of the individual retreat.

Our menu is mainly comprised of the following types of programs:
Cleanses
With continued exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pollution, stress, certain medications and poor dietary choices, our systems don’t often function at their optimal level and our absorption of nutrients is sometimes inhibited by blockages in the GI tract. Our cleansing programs offer a deep, multi-level purification through fasting with juices, detoxifying your colon, receiving acupuncture and abdominal massage, and practicing gentle yoga and meditation. In addition to the fasting cleanses, we also offer Ayurvedic cleanses that incorporate “clean” eating, specially formulated herbs and detoxifying Kundalini Yoga kriyas, along with acupuncture and meditation.
Choose one of our celebrated juice fasts or our Ayurvedic cleanse and gain a new-found sense of physical well being, clarity and awareness!
Yoga Immersions and Trainings
Bringing together the best of both worlds, Inward Bound offers Yoga Immersions and Trainings with a “retreat feel”. In addition to the classroom hours, these weeks may also include nutrition sessions, food preparation classes, surf lessons and healing circles. Whether your intention is to deepen your practice, build upon your teaching skills and accrue hours or to simply immerse, we invite you to join us for this special training experience.
Boutique and Specialty Retreats
Combining the multidimensional intelligence of yoga and another discipline or theme, these incomparable retreats include nutrition focused weeks with leading educators from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition along with other exceptional retreat week subject matter that consists of 5 Rhythms Dance™, paddle boarding and surfing, prenatal yoga and birth education, raw food classes, goddess ritual weeks, kirtan and hiking in the French Alps and tours to Southern India.
